Career Development or Career Development Planning refers to the process an individual may undergo to evolve their occupational status. It is the process of making decisions for long term learning, to align personal needs of physical or psychological fulfillment with career advancement opportunities.
We work in close partnership with employers in Ghana and beyond to provide a wide range of career development opportunities to anyone aged 16 and over.
Apprenticeship is a system for training a new generation of practitioners of a trade or profession with on-the-job training and often some accompanying study.
An internship is a period of work experience offered by an organisation for a limited period of time.
Volunteering is a voluntary act of an individual or group freely giving time and labour for an organisation. Many volunteers are specifically trained in the areas they work, such as medicine, education, or emergency rescue.
