A complete career guidance, planning and development solution for age 12 and above, aimed at helping you to make an informed decisions about what subjects to study and careers to pursue.

Why is CAREERPLAN a need for all?

The first step in planning your career is to know yourself. Whether you are a first-year high school student interested in learning how courses relate to careers or a recent graduate, It is crucial that you first identify your INTERESTS, VALUES, SKILLS, and PERSONALITY PREFERENCES in order to make a well-informed decision.

Learning about your interests will help you identify opportunities to pursue and topics you are most naturally drawn to, making learning and work more motivating and enjoyable.
Values are the things that motivate and drive you toward certain decisions, behaviours and goals. Values greatly influence the career decision-making process, job satisfaction, and ultimately, life satisfaction.
