and maintain communication with clients - Assist clients to apply for learning, training or work
- Career guidance and development theories and models
- Continuously improve career development work in an
organisation - Enable clients to develop and evidence their
employment-related skills - Engage with other relevant people to help clients to
meet their career development needs - Explore and agree the career guidance and
development needs of clients - Lead and manage career development work in an
organisation - Manage a personal caseload/work responsibilities in the
career development sector - Negotiate on behalf of clients

- Plan, deliver and evaluate career-related learning in

In-House Training
We offer advance training at our head office as part of the programme to ensure all our learners have the practical experience and expertise, needed to deliver career support services in schools.
Learners will also be given the opportunity to shadow an experienced officer for up to 12 weeks.
We accept HND or equivalent as the minimum entry requirement for this course. WASSE grade C in Mathematics and English Language is also required.
