Overview

Firstly, when constructing and executing a schedule for a construction project, it is essential to be able to predict and analyse any delays. Moreover, our course will teach you the Forensic Schedule Analysis methods and techniques that you need in order to do this as effectively as possible.

This online course in Forensic Schedule Analysis will teach you the best methods you need in order to quantify delay, determine causation, assess responsibility and financial consequences of delays. It will also teach you Explore As- Planned vs. As-Built analysis, Time Impact vs. Impacted-as-Planned analysis and look at delay analysis report formats.

Learners are able to:
• Learn how to analyse and develop strategies to effectively analyse a project schedule.
• Teach learner the Forensic Schedule Analysis methods and techniques that learner’s need in order to do this as effectively as possible.

  • Entry Requirements
  • The qualification can be offered to Learners from age 18. The Learners need to ensure that they have sufficient capability at the right level to undertake the learning and assessment.

    English language requirements
    The Qualifications have been designed to be accessible without artificial barriers that restrict access and progression:
    • IELTS minimum 5.0- 6.5 overall with no fail.
    • Minimum 3A Levels or equivalent qualification.
    • Pass 5 GCSE subjects

  • This course comes with practical on-the-job training in a role relating to your studies. You will be required to work with one of our employers for 20hours per week and will receive a part-time salary of GHC 1500 per month.
