HND in Business Law (Blended Learning)
Course Description
Studying Law is no mean feat, but it is an exciting one. The Law is archaic yet ever-evolving, complex and fascinating and it affects every one of us. Therefore, it is no surprise then that Law is a popular career choice for many and that law courses are so competitive.
The BTEC Level 5 Higher National Diploma in Business Law course is designed to be an accessible route into a career or further education in Law. This law course is generally considered as equivalent to the first two years at university and allows students to top-up to a full degree. Moreover, our online lectures offer a flexible way to study for a valuable qualification.
Learners are able to:
• Understanding of modern global business practices that will complement a Qualifying Law Degree.
• Prepared in part for the new Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE 1) or to progress onto our Bar Practice Course (if you wish to qualify as a barrister).
The qualification can be offered to Learners from age 18. The Learners need to ensure that they have sufficient capability at the right level to undertake the learning and assessment.
English language requirements
The Qualifications have been designed to be accessible without artificial barriers that restrict access and progression:
• IELTS minimum 5.0- 6.5 overall with no fail.
• Minimum 3A Levels or equivalent qualification.
• Pass 5 GCSE subjects
We consider applicants:
• Who have demonstrated some ability and possess Qualifications at Level 5, for example, HND.
• Who have spent some time in an organisational role and wish to develop their careers further.
• With professional experience looking to change careers through work-based learning.

This course comes with practical on-the-job training in a role relating to your studies. You will be required to work with one of our employers for 20hours per week and will receive a part-time salary of GHC 1500 per month.
