Course Description
This Course is to develop learners understanding of policy and management theory. It helps in your practice in health and social care. Also it provides learners with an opportunity to solve with the challenges faced. Further it will provide vital knowledge. It enhances the ability to work as an effective manager in the social care industry. Moreover it combines both theoretical and practical knowledge. For instance qualification will also develop and further enhance knowledge and skills. Specially areas of leading change & effective performance is covered. In addition you get better skills of planning and accountability. It increases your development and team leadership qualities. Above all learners will be able to work in a variety of roles within health care administration or management.
The qualification can be offered to Learners from age 18. The Learners need to ensure that they have sufficient capability at the right level to undertake the learning and assessment.
English language requirements
The Qualifications have been designed to be accessible without artificial barriers that restrict access and progression:
• IELTS minimum 5.0- 6.5 overall with no fail.
• Minimum 3A Levels or equivalent qualification.
• Pass 5 GCSE subjects

This course comes with practical on-the-job training in a role relating to your studies. You will be required to work with one of our employers for 20hours per week and will receive a part-time salary of GHC 1500 per month.
